This page explains how to remove local information and how to ask Particle Dance Limited (“Particle Dance”) to delete eligible information actually under our control. It does not assume that a product account, Facebook profile, or universal in-app deletion button exists.
CHECK 01
Start with the holder
Before sending a request, identify whether the information is on your device, held in a backup or user-selected destination, associated with Apple or Google, or contained in a support or operational record controlled by Particle Dance. Different holders require different actions.
CHECK 02
Remove device-only material yourself
Use the relevant Service and device controls to delete selected photos, videos, documents, PDF results, downloaded items, contacts, calendar entries, private material, network results, or settings. You may also clear Service data or uninstall the Service, subject to the way your operating system manages local storage.
Review important material and backups first. Deletion, compression, contact merging, calendar changes, replacement, and uninstalling may be irreversible. Particle Dance cannot remotely delete content it never received.
CHECK 03
Check copies and destinations
Removing a local item may not remove copies in system backups, cloud storage, a printer queue, another application, a recipient’s device, a website, an online media source, or another destination you selected. Use that provider’s controls or contact it directly. Particle Dance cannot direct an independent recipient to erase a record unless applicable law requires and permits us to do so.
CHECK 04
Control permissions and tracking
You can withdraw Photos, Camera, Contacts, Calendar, Files, Local Network, Bluetooth, Location, or Tracking access through device settings where applicable. Withdrawing access stops future use of that permission but does not itself erase files, marketplace records, or information lawfully processed earlier.
CHECK 05
Send a Particle Dance request
Email support@particle-dance.com with the subject “Data Request.” Describe the Service used, the type of record, the approximate date, and the right you wish to exercise. Include only enough information to locate the relevant support, transaction, installation, or operational record.
Do not send passwords, authentication secrets, complete payment details, or unrelated private files. A request does not require a product account where the relevant Service does not offer one.
CHECK 06
Verification and response
We may ask for reasonable information that connects the request to the relevant email conversation, installation, purchase entitlement, or technical record. If we cannot verify a connection without collecting disproportionate new information, we will explain the limitation where permitted.
We will acknowledge and act on verified requests within the period required by applicable law, or explain a lawful extension, refusal, appeal route, or need for further information.
CHECK 07
What deletion changes
Eligible information under Particle Dance’s control will be deleted, de-identified, or isolated pending deletion as appropriate. We may retain limited records where necessary for legal obligations, transaction administration, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, enforcement, or proof that a request was completed.
Deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel purchases through the marketplace account used for the transaction.
CHECK 08
Independent providers
Apple controls primary App Store transaction and account records. Google controls information processed through Firebase or Google Mobile Ads where those services are integrated. User-selected websites, sources, recipients, storage providers, printers, and applications control their own records. Use their privacy tools or support channels for information they hold independently.
