These Terms govern your use of a mobile application, website, or related service provided by Particle Dance Limited (“Particle Dance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that displays or links to them (each a “Service”). Read them before using a Service.
PATH 01
When these Terms apply
By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling; accepting these Terms does not replace a separate permission or consent required by law or platform rules.
PATH 02
Eligibility and device authority
The Services are intended for users aged 17 and above. You must also have legal capacity to accept these Terms, or legally valid permission and supervision where required. Any higher local age or authorization rule continues to apply.
You may install and use a Service only on a device you own or control and only where you are authorized to access the selected files, networks, devices, accounts, sources, and destinations.
PATH 03
Limited license
Subject to these Terms, Particle Dance grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Service for lawful personal or internal business purposes in accordance with applicable marketplace rules. The Service is licensed, not sold.
You may not sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass purchase or security controls, remove ownership notices, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits an exception.
PATH 04
Your material and chosen destinations
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in documents, photos, videos, links, contacts, calendar entries, files, scans, and other material you select or create. You are responsible for having permission to process it and for checking the source, output, recipient, printer, platform, storage location, or application before confirming an action.
These Terms do not grant Particle Dance a public-posting license to your material. A destination selected by you is independently responsible under its own terms and policies.
PATH 05
Review before the result moves
- Check PDF pages, file formats, conversion quality, links, print settings, and exported results.
- Confirm that saving or accessing online media is lawful and permitted by the source and applicable rights.
- Review photos, videos, contacts, calendar entries, compression results, and proposed cleanup items before deleting, merging, replacing, or moving them.
- Treat network, Bluetooth, signal, camera, and sensor results as assistance rather than proof of ownership, identity, safety, or complete detection.
Deletion, overwriting, compression, merging, export, and device changes may be irreversible. Maintain suitable backups for important local material.
PATH 06
Responsible use boundaries
You must not use a Service to violate intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, contract, cybersecurity, access-control, surveillance, or other applicable laws and rights. Do not access or scan a network or device without authorization; obtain credentials or private material improperly; distribute malware; impersonate another person; interfere with service operation; scrape systems; or evade security, purchase, or usage limits.
Private-album or private-contact tools are organizational and access-control aids, not guarantees against malware, device compromise, backups, physical access to an unlocked device, or all forms of data loss.
PATH 07
Offers, advertisements, and purchases
Only a Service whose interface states so may show third-party advertising or offer a subscription, free trial, promotion, one-time purchase, or lifetime option. The purchase screen identifies the product, price, billing period, included features, and applicable offer conditions before confirmation.
An auto-renewing subscription renews under marketplace rules unless cancelled through the marketplace account used to purchase it. Uninstalling a Service does not cancel a subscription. Trial eligibility, purchase restoration, billing, and refunds are controlled by the marketplace and applicable law.
A “lifetime” option, if displayed, means a non-recurring license to the identified features while the relevant Service remains available and supported; it does not promise the purchaser’s lifetime or perpetual compatibility.
PATH 08
Independent services and content
Services may interact with Apple or another marketplace, Google analytics or advertising services where integrated, online content sources, websites, printers, devices, recipients, storage providers, and other destinations you choose. Those services are independently operated.
Particle Dance does not control their availability, policies, security, content, account decisions, transactions, or continued compatibility. A reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership.
PATH 09
Ownership and feedback
The Service and its software, interface, design, text, graphics, logos, and structure are owned by or licensed to Particle Dance and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their owners.
If you voluntarily submit product feedback, we may use it to evaluate and improve products without payment. This permission does not transfer ownership of your files or personal content.
PATH 10
Changes, availability, and termination
We may update a Service to change features, maintain compatibility or security, address technical issues, or meet legal and marketplace requirements. We do not guarantee that every feature, device, operating system, source, integration, or marketplace will remain available indefinitely.
You may stop using a Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, security or legal risk, marketplace requirement, discontinuation, or technical impracticability. The license ends on termination, but provisions intended to survive remain effective.
PATH 11
Service limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Results may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate because of device limits, permissions, networks, source material, third-party services, file formats, and compatibility.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, recovery of local material, detection of every device or risk, exact reproduction of a file, or continued access to third-party content. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PATH 12
Allocation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Particle Dance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of data, revenue, profit, opportunity, goodwill, privacy, or device functionality arising from a Service or these Terms.
Where permitted, you are responsible for reasonable third-party claims and costs resulting from your unlawful or unauthorized use, material breach, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent caused by Particle Dance’s unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach. Non-excludable liability and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
PATH 13
Disputes, general terms, and contact
The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute after receiving a reasonable description of the issue and requested outcome. An unresolved dispute may be handled by a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory local consumer rights remain available.
If a provision is invalid, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without consent; Particle Dance may transfer them in a lawful business reorganization or transaction. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable purchase conditions form the agreement for the Service.
We may update these Terms for product, business, provider, marketplace, or legal changes. The revision date will be updated, with additional notice or consent where required.
