Coverage and control points

Our Services include utility products for user-selected documents or media, saved content, network and camera assistance, and device-storage management. This Policy does not turn every listed permission or provider into a feature of every Service.

Third-party websites, media sources, devices, recipients, marketplaces, and applications operate under their own privacy practices. Particle Dance does not control a destination merely because you can reach it from a Service.

Local workspace

Many operations are designed to occur on your device. Depending on your chosen Service, local material may include photos, videos, screenshots, contacts, calendar entries, PDF or other documents, conversion results, downloaded items, private-album material, and network or device-scan results.

Actions you initiate

• A PDF or document tool may open selected files and create, combine, convert, save, print, export, or share the result you request.
• A video-saving tool may use a link or item you select and interact with the source or destination you choose. The source’s rules and third-party rights still apply.
• A storage-management tool may examine selected photos, videos, screenshots, contacts, or calendar entries locally to identify possible cleanup actions.
• A network or camera utility may display nearby-device, connection, signal, or sensor results available through permissions you grant.

You decide whether to complete deletion, compression, conversion, export, sharing, or another consequential action and should review the result first.

Permissions stay feature-specific

A relevant Service may request access to Photos, Camera, Contacts, Calendar, Files, Local Network, Bluetooth, or Location. Access is used only for the enabled function. For example, Location may be needed where iOS requires it to expose current Wi-Fi information; it is not a general authorization to build a movement history.

You may refuse or later withdraw an optional permission in system settings. The related function may stop working. Network and Bluetooth results do not establish a device owner’s identity and may be incomplete because of hardware, system, signal, or access restrictions.

Connection and support records

When a Service communicates online, an IP address and limited technical data such as device type, operating-system and app version, language, connection state, timestamps, or error information may be processed to complete the connection, secure the Service, and diagnose failures. We do not treat an IP address as a precise movement history.

If you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachment or diagnostic detail you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, authentication secrets, or unrelated sensitive material.

Analytics, advertising, and store activity

Only relevant Services that actually integrate them may use Google Analytics for Firebase for usage and diagnostic events or Google Mobile Ads for advertising. Such services may process app-instance or device identifiers, IP address, general interactions, performance data, purchase events, ad impressions, clicks, consent signals, and fraud-prevention information under Google’s own terms.

Where Apple’s definition of Tracking applies, the relevant Service requests App Tracking Transparency authorization before accessing IDFA or conducting Tracking that requires it. Refusing Tracking does not prevent contextual advertising or essential security, entitlement, and operational processing that does not use IDFA to bypass your choice.

Apple or the applicable marketplace processes complete payment information. Particle Dance may receive limited transaction, trial, subscription, entitlement, cancellation, or restoration status when a purchase feature is offered.

Why information is used

Applicable information is used to perform the action you request, maintain settings and entitlements, operate and secure a Service, understand feature performance, diagnose errors, prevent fraud or misuse, answer support requests, comply with legal or marketplace duties, and establish or defend legal claims.

Local photos, videos, contact contents, calendar contents, private material, documents, and network results are not used to build advertising profiles.

Where information can travel

Information may be disclosed to a provider supporting an applicable analytics, advertising, marketplace, hosting, security, or technical function; to a printer, recipient, platform, website, storage location, or application you select; during a lawful business transaction; or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or enforce applicable terms.

Providers are limited to their relevant role and operate under their own legal obligations. We do not sell local user content for monetary payment. Some advertising disclosures may nevertheless be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain laws, in which case applicable controls remain available.

Retention follows the holder

Local content remains until you delete it, clear Service data, uninstall the Service, change the device, or alter a connected backup. Support, security, entitlement, and legal records under our control are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, then deleted, de-identified, or isolated pending deletion.

Google, Apple, user-selected destinations, and other independent providers apply their own retention schedules. We do not apply a fixed media-upload deadline where no remotely processed media function has been confirmed for the relevant Service.

Your controls and privacy requests

You may limit selected content, change permissions, manage Tracking, delete local records, stop an optional feature, uninstall a Service, manage purchases through the marketplace account, or contact us to exercise rights that apply in your location, such as access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or appeal.

We may verify a request against an installation, transaction, or support record. We cannot delete information held only on your device, already de-identified, or controlled independently by another provider. Instructions are available on our User Data Requests page.

Security, transfers, and age

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure. No system is completely secure, so protect your device, backups, and credentials and review important actions before confirming them.

Particle Dance and relevant providers may process information outside your country or region. Where required, appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards are used; no particular server country is promised by this statement.

The Services are intended for users aged 17 and above. A higher age or additional authorization required by local law continues to apply. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was processed improperly.

Policy changes and contact

We may revise this Policy when functions, permissions, providers, business practices, marketplace requirements, security needs, or laws change. We will update the revision date and provide additional notice or consent where required before materially different processing begins.
