These Service Terms form an agreement between you and Particle Dance Limited concerning your use of Cleaner: Phone Cleaning App.

By downloading, purchasing or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

What the App Does

The App provides tools for reviewing and managing device content, which may include:

• Finding similar photos;
• Reviewing screenshots and videos;
• Selecting content for deletion;
• Managing contacts and calendar events;
• Compressing videos;
• Organizing content in a private album;
• Organizing information through private contacts;
• Reviewing storage information;
• Accessing paid features; and
• Viewing advertisements.

Available features may differ according to App version, device, operating system, region, permission status and purchase status.

The App assists with content review. It does not independently determine whether a file, contact, calendar event or other item is important to you.

Review Before You Clean

Similarity detection, storage recommendations and automated grouping are based on technical characteristics. Results may be incomplete, may include items you want to keep, or may fail to identify every similar or unnecessary item.

Before confirming an action, you are responsible for checking:

• Which items have been selected;
• Whether an original copy should be retained;
• Whether a contact or calendar entry is still needed;
• Whether compression quality is acceptable; and
• Whether important content has been backed up.

Deleting, merging, editing, moving, replacing or compressing content can result in permanent changes.

Particle Dance is not responsible for an operation that you knowingly confirm after being shown the selected content, except to the extent that applicable law does not allow such responsibility to be excluded.

Recovery Is Not Guaranteed

Deleted photos or videos may remain temporarily in the system “Recently Deleted” folder. Other content may be available through an iCloud backup, synchronized device or external service.

Particle Dance does not control these recovery mechanisms and cannot guarantee:

• That deleted content will enter a recoverable folder;
• How long a recoverable copy will remain;
• That a backup is current or complete;
• That compressed or overwritten content can be restored; or
• That locally stored private content can be recovered after the App is removed.

You should maintain suitable backups before performing a substantial cleaning operation.

Private Features

The private album and private contacts features are intended to reduce casual visibility and help organize selected content inside the App. They are not a substitute for device-level security.

You are responsible for protecting:

• Your device passcode;
• Biometric credentials;
• Any App access code;
• Device and cloud backups; and
• Physical access to your device.

Locally stored private content may become unavailable if the App is deleted, App data is erased, the device is lost or damaged, an access code is forgotten, or a system update causes an incompatibility.

Because Particle Dance does not receive copies of this content, we normally cannot restore it for you.

Your Content

You retain your rights in the photos, videos, contacts, calendar entries and other materials processed through the App.

You confirm that you have the legal right or appropriate authorization to access and manage that content. This is particularly important when content contains information about another person.

You must not use the App to store, process, conceal or manage content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

Permissions and Privacy

Some functions require access to photos, camera, contacts, calendar or other protected system resources.

If you deny or withdraw a required permission, the corresponding function may stop working. Refusing a permission that is unrelated to a core cleaning function should not prevent you from using other available features.

The collection and use of operational information is explained in the App’s Privacy Policy, available through the App and its App Store product page.

Free Use and Advertising

The App may provide limited functionality without payment. Free use may include advertising or limits on features, frequency, capacity or output.

Advertisement formats, frequency and availability may change. Purchasing a subscription or lifetime product removes advertisements only when the relevant purchase screen expressly includes ad removal.

Third-party advertising providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Paid Options

The App may offer:

• Auto-renewable subscriptions;
• Free trials;
• Introductory or promotional offers; and
• One-time lifetime purchases.

The purchase screen displayed by Apple before confirmation provides the controlling price, currency, billing period, trial period and included features.

Do not complete a purchase unless you have reviewed that information.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation.

An auto-renewable subscription continues for successive billing periods unless it is canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription rules. You can manage or cancel it through:

Device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions

Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal. It does not ordinarily terminate access already paid for during the current billing period.

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Free Trials and Offers

A free trial or promotional offer may be limited to eligible Apple Accounts.

Unless canceled before the displayed trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may convert to a paid subscription and renew at the price shown during enrollment.

Apple determines eligibility and administers billing. Particle Dance cannot guarantee that every user or device will qualify for the same offer.

Lifetime Access

A one-time product described as “lifetime” provides access to the features identified on the applicable purchase screen for as long as those purchased features remain available in the App.

It does not mean that:

• The App will be maintained indefinitely;
• Every later feature will be included;
• The App will support every future device or operating system;
• Third-party services will remain available permanently; or
• A different application or future standalone product is included.

This section does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Purchase Restoration and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be restored using the same Apple Account through the App’s restore-purchase function.

Apple administers App Store billing, cancellations and refunds. Refund eligibility is determined under Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law. Particle Dance cannot directly issue a refund for a transaction controlled by Apple.

Changes to Plans and Features

Prices, trial offers, subscription choices and available features may change.

Changes affecting an existing subscription are handled through Apple, including notice or consent where required. A price change does not remove rights already provided by mandatory consumer law.

Particle Dance may improve, replace, limit or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary because of technical, security, commercial, legal or compatibility considerations.

License to Use the App

Particle Dance grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

The App is licensed rather than sold. No ownership in the App, its source code, design, branding or other intellectual property is transferred to you.

Unacceptable Use

You must not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit the App;
• Circumvent subscriptions, access controls or purchase verification;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain source code except where law expressly permits it;
• Interfere with the App, its SDKs, servers or connected services;
• Introduce malicious code or conduct automated attacks;
• Manipulate advertising, analytics, attribution or purchase events;
• Use the App for fraud, deception, harassment or unlawful surveillance;
• Infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights; or
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Particle Dance.

Access may be restricted when there is a reasonable basis to believe that the App is being abused or these Terms have been materially violated.

Ownership of the App

The App’s software, interface, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, design elements and underlying technology belong to Particle Dance or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Feedback may be used to improve the App without an obligation to compensate you, provided that its use does not transfer ownership of your personal content to Particle Dance.

External Services

The App may depend on Apple, Google, advertising providers, analytics providers and other technical services.

Particle Dance does not control the independent availability, content, security or policies of those services. A third-party service may change, become unavailable or stop supporting a device or operating-system version.

Links or references to an external service do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of all content provided by that service.

Updates and Availability

Updates may be released for security, compliance, compatibility, performance or feature reasons. Some functions may require a current App or operating-system version.

The App may be interrupted or limited by maintenance, software errors, network conditions, system changes, third-party outages, legal requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

No Guaranteed Cleaning Result

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Particle Dance does not guarantee that:

• Every similar or unnecessary item will be found;
• Every recommendation will be correct;
• Cleaning will produce a specified amount of storage;
• Compression will preserve the original quality;
• Every deleted item can be recovered;
• Private features will prevent every unauthorized access attempt;
• Use of the App will improve device speed or battery performance; or
• All features will remain compatible with future devices and system versions.

Legal warranties that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

Limits on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Particle Dance and its affiliates, personnel, licensors and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss arising from use of the App, including loss of data, content, profit, revenue, opportunity or device access.

Where liability may legally be limited, Particle Dance’s total liability for claims connected with the App will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid for the App during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• The minimum liability that applicable law requires.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another matter that cannot legally be excluded.

Claims Arising From Your Conduct

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from:

• Your unlawful use of the App;
• A material breach of these Terms;
• Your infringement of another person’s rights; or
• Your processing of content without the required rights or authorization.

This obligation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

Ending Use

You may stop using the App at any time. Preventing future subscription renewal requires separate cancellation through your Apple Account.

Particle Dance may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, serious violations of these Terms or legal exposure.

Ending access does not automatically create a refund right. Refunds remain subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.

Terms relating to ownership, liability, disputes and provisions that logically continue after termination will remain effective.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to Particle Dance Limited, while preserving mandatory consumer protections available in your country or region.

Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact support@particle-dance.com so that the issue can be reviewed.

A dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using another forum or remedy that applicable law expressly makes available.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the App, paid services, legal requirements or business operations.

The updated version will be made available through the App, the App Store listing or another reasonable channel. Material notice or consent will be provided when required by law.

Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Apple App Store Conditions

If the App was downloaded from Apple’s App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Particle Dance, not Apple;
• Particle Dance, rather than Apple, is responsible for the App and its support;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance services;
• Use of the App must comply with applicable App Store rules;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms; and
• Apple may enforce the applicable App Store provisions against you.
